Prices vary based on many factors such as subject, composition and size. A deposit is due to begin commissioned piece. Shipping costs are additional and invoiced at the time of shipment. Beacon, NY pick up is offered as well as local Hudson Valley delivery.

Pastel and charcoal pieces

Keith is now offering painting portraits.

 How it works

  1. Choose your portrait subject.

  2. Fill out the no obligation Quote Form below. Describe the piece and when you’d like to receive it. Keith will provide feedback and ask for one or more high quality reference photos. If you do not have high quality photos, don’t worry, Keith will help.

  3. If you’d like to proceed, and Keith believes the piece can be made, he will provide you with a quote.

  4. A $100 deposit will be required to begin (check, cash, Venmo).

  5. Your piece will be completed no later than three days of the agreed completion or shipping date. You may request a photo of the final piece prior to receiving it.

  6. To receive your piece, you can pick it up in Beacon NY, have the piece dropped off by Keith near Beacon NY, or have the piece shipped to you or your recipient.

  7. Final payment is due on or before pickup or delivery. If shipping, full payment including the shipping and packaging is due prior to the piece being shipped.

The average pastel commission rate ranges from $300 - $600 which includes basic matting and framing. Paint commissions start at $500. Shipping and packaging is extra.

Keith Laug owns the rights to all images and may post all works on social media and use any in marketing material. Original works can not be reproduced without the consent of Keith Laug.
